Under Deck Leak Caused By Not Enough Steel Support

On this pool and spa we found movement and clay that should have been removed at build site. also only 20% of steel was used in spa wall that was leaking. all the spa jets needed to be replaced from clay that became wet from leaks in pool structure.the clay became a hydraulic jack and lifted jets cracking them. after stripping pool and spa to gunite we added lots of steel to spa wall reinforcing to help movement. we added new tile and plastered in Tahoe blue pebble.
