(We Found Him Through My Parents, Whose Pool He Has Refinished/ Renovated And Subsequently Serviced For About A Decade. They Rave About Everything He Has Done). He Showed Us Exactly How A Baja Step Is Built, How He Could Change The Depth Of Our Deep End, How He Would Design A Spa Spillover So As Not To Have Residue Accumulate On The Tile Behind It… True Attention To Detail Backed By Knowledge And Experience! It Was Immensely Refreshing, After Having Met With 6-8 Other Pool Contractors, To Finally Find Someone Ready To Immediately Get Down To Very Custom Specifics Rather Than Trying To Woo Me With Fancy Photographic Brochures. Michael Did Show Us Gorgeous Pictures Of His Work, Some Beautiful Projects That Completely Transformed Pools To Meet Their Owners’ Needs And Aesthetics. Do A Quality Job On The Repairs And Service
Michael’s Pools Has Been Cleaning Our Pool Now For 2.5 Years, And Has Maintained Repairs For Much Longer Than That On An As-Needed Basis. He And His Team Have Always Been Easy To Reach, And Do A Quality Job On The Repairs And Service, At A Fair Price. We Now Rent This Home Out, But Continue To Use Michaels Pools For The Pool Maintenance.
A Couple Months Ago, Our 30 Year Old Pool Heater Went Out, And We Discovered That The Gas Line Running To The Back Part Of The Yard Was Not Big Enough To Support More Modern Pool Heaters. (It Was Only A 1/2 Inch Line). Once We Confirmed The Work That Needed To Be Done With The Gas Company, Michael And His Team Handled The Very Complex Job From End To End, Including Obtaining All Needed City Permits, Installing The New Gas Line, Re Pouring Cement Sidewalks (There Was No Easement Available From The Gas Meter In The Front Of The House). They Also Made Sure Minimal Impact Occurred To Surrounding Landscape. I Was Very Pleased With The Results!

Mike Gave Me A Book To Review With Pictures, Tiles And Plaster Choices. He Chatted About Ideas, Took Me To See A Finished Pool And Then My Choices Became Easier. I Added On Some Other Work (Rip Up Concrete Slab And Pour Concrete To Drain Properly, Rip Out Side Lawn Piece And Lay Concrete) And His Staff Took Everything In Stride. The Craftsmanship Is Without Parallel – The Beautiful Stone Work, The Blue Tiles Laid Out So Carefully, The Plaster Shimmering In The Water. Mike Suggested A Baja Shelf – I LOVE IT! Umbrella Stand – He Made Sure I Had It Placed Just Where I Needed It For Afternoon Sun, And They Put In Another Umbrella Stand For Me Near Spa So I Don’t Have To Have A Table And Umbrella Awkwardly Placed! I Can’t Say Enough Great Compliments – They Came In On Time, On Budget With The Quotes Given All With Clean Up As They Went.
