This pool was a particular challenge –
The spa was originally constructed at pool level rendering it unusable (the cool pool water flowed into the warming spa negating the rising water temperature.)
The Spa was remodeled and raised above the pool level.
The cantilever deck was remodeled and replaced with Bullnose Brick with expansion foam to separate the pool from the ever moving cement decking.
The diving board was removed
New pool equipment was installed in a manner which all the elements were accessible.
