New Pool Equipment, latest Computer Controls, and Calcium Removal

New homeowner bought house and needed new pool and spa equipment. we replaced equipment with todays new tech app controls , led lights , energy saving heater and pumps. after i did a pool inspection, i noticed calcium all over stone work along pool , spa , and waterfalls. i recommended calcium removal and a sealer finish for all the stonework, since we needed to drain pool and spa to install led lights. we also needed to drain existing water to remove the salt that previous owner had in water. pool builder had installed a salt system. unfortunately the stone used (sand stone) is not compatible with salt.
