Cracked Bond Beam and Cracks in the Spa Spillway

Spa Spillway Crack Repair ..The customers were losing several inches of water a day. we noticed several cracks in spillway from wrong cement material used by the builder. we removed approx. 2 feet of spillway down to solid foundation of pool and re built with proper materials for a long lasting water proof spillway. we also noticed cracks in tile line with roots from near by queen palms. we advise removing trees and we added steel to reinforce cracked bond beam.
