Customer noticed a crack between the spa wall and the pool wall. When we opened up the concrete and removed the coping we found one bar of steel rebar where there should have been connecting them together. One would have to wonder how the inspector could pass that?
We added more steel rebar and had to re-pipe one of the Jets inside the Gunite wall to the spa that had been cracked and had a serious leak.
