A Real Estate inspector inspected the pool and spa then notified and potential buyer that there were a couple of issues. The buyer and Real Estate Agent then called us for a thorough professional pool inspection. When we arrived we read the home inspector’s report and he only mentioned 2 coping cracks. We found a host of serious issues that had been overlooked. We found approximately $35,000 of repairs needed for the pool, spa, and water feature.
